Job Title: Lead- People Analytics & Reporting Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Professional to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and SQL, with a strong ability to transform complex data into insightful visual reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Connect and integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms. Develop and optimize data models and create DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) calculations. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and report efficiency. Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access permissions. Troubleshoot data issues, optimize queries, and improve data retrieval efficiency. Maintain and update Power BI reports based on business requirements. Stay updated with Power BI updates, best practices, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, and Power BI Service). Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Familiarity with data modeling, relationships, and performance tuning. Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or other cloud-based BI tools (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations. Good understanding of business intelligence and data visualization principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Microsoft Power BI Certification (e.g., DA-100 or PL-300). Experience with Python, R, or other data analytics tools (optional but beneficial). Background in finance, marketing, operations, or other business domains.
