Lead of Technology - Investment/Treasury Application

As an Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of application supports to handle service requests from users and resolving incidents/problems on investment applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the team to ensure efficient handling of service requests and incident resolution - Communicating with stakeholders to manage their expectations regarding team performance - Acting as the application owner to deliver support services within agreed thresholds and service levels - Driving and coordinating with subject matter experts/service providers to handle service requests and resolve incidents/problems - Learning new application functionalities and drafting standard operation manuals accordingly - Leading, managing, coaching, and developing team members on application knowledge and support functions Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a support team on investment trading platforms - Working experience in Blackrock Aladdin - Knowledge of Service Now is a plus - Understanding of investment workflow and terminology - Conversant with SDLC methodology and COBIT framework - Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Visio - Good communication and presentation skills - Fluent spoken and written English - Willingness to work in Malaysia In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and a performance bonus.
