Lead .NET Full Stack Developer

As a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core/MVC and C#. You will work with RESTful APIs and microservices, optimize SQL queries and database designs, and perform data analysis to enhance performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring application scalability, performance, and security are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core/MVC and C#. - Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs. - Perform data analysis to improve performance and support reporting. - Work with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and preferably React / Angular / Vue. - Participate in all stages of the SDLC from requirements to deployment. - Ensure application scalability, performance, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in .NET Core/MVC, C#, and SQL Server. - Expertise in SQL performance tuning, indexing, and optimization. - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting fundamentals. - Hands-on experience with frontend technologies and responsive design principles. - Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to Azure / AWS and AI integration is a plus.
