As a MuleSoft Tech Lead, your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and leading integration solutions using MuleSoft. Your expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RAML, and various MuleSoft connectors will ensure robust integration between enterprise applications. It is essential to have a deep understanding of integration architecture, API-led connectivity, DataWeave transformations, security protocols (OAuth2), and enterprise service buses (ESB. Experience in the healthcare domain (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance) is highly preferred, along with familiarity in ERP and eCommerce integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and lead integration solutions using MuleSoft. - Ensure robust integration between enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RAML, and MuleSoft connectors. - Deep understanding of integration architecture, API-led connectivity, DataWeave transformations, security protocols, and enterprise service buses. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements. - Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and MuleSoft engineers. - Conduct technical walkthroughs, create comprehensive documentation, and deliver clear project status updates. - Problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning. - Proficiency in Mule 4, RAML-based API design, DataWeave transformations, REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, and multipart requests. - Experience with MuleSoft API-led connectivity (Experience API, Process API, and System API layers). - Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture. - Expertise in cloud and on-premise integration with platforms such as AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. **Qualifications Required:** - 6-10 years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration solutions. - Hands-on experience with Mule 4 and RAML-based API design. - Proficiency in DataWeave transformations, REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, and multipart requests. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture. - Expertise in cloud and on-premise integration with platforms such as AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. - MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (mandatory); additional MuleSoft certifications are a plus. - Technical Leadership: Ability to act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to junior developers and MuleSoft engineers. - Collaboration & Alignment: Strong experience collaborating with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements. - Communication & Documentation: Proficient in conducting technical walkthroughs, creating comprehensive documentation, and delivering clear and concise project status updates.
