You are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Tech Lead to take charge of designing, developing, and leading integration solutions utilizing MuleSoft. An ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RAML, and various MuleSoft connectors to ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications. This role demands expertise in integration architecture, API-led connectivity, DataWeave transformations, security protocols (OAuth2), and enterprise service buses (ESB). Experience in the healthcare industry (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance) is highly valued, along with familiarity in ERP and eCommerce integrations. With 6-10 years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration solutions, you should be well-versed in Mule 4 and proficient in RAML-based API design. Your skill set should include expertise in DataWeave transformations, REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, and multipart requests. Familiarity with MuleSoft API-led connectivity (Experience API, Process API, and System API layers), knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, and microservices architecture are essential. Additionally, you should exhibit proficiency in cloud and on-premise integration with platforms like AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. As a MuleSoft Tech Lead, you will be expected to showcase strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Holding a MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 certification is mandatory, and additional MuleSoft certifications are advantageous. Your role will also involve technical leadership, where you will act as a mentor, offering guidance and support to junior developers and MuleSoft engineers. Collaboration and alignment are crucial aspects of this position. You should have a solid background in collaborating with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements. Effective communication skills are essential, including the ability to conduct technical walkthroughs, create comprehensive documentation, and provide clear project status updates. Preferred qualifications for this role include being a MuleSoft Certified Architect, possessing experience in the healthcare domain with integration involving FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR systems, and HIPAA-compliant solutions. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce is considered beneficial.,
