Responsibilities Lead and execute high-quality motion graphics projects in alignment with the creative marketing strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling and visual communication. Conceptualize and create video assets of the highest quality for our games. Work closely with junior MGDs and lead, train them to uphold high benchmarks for assets. Be creative and work towards the team's goal of creating motion graphics and video assets that our players love to interact with. Be open to feedback and creative criticism and deliver accordingly Have a leadership perspective in creating a business impact. Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D animation video creation. Proficiency in industry-standard 2D software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D software skills like Blender, Cinema 4D or similar tools is a plus. Mass communication graduation with knowledge of the Motion Graphics suite. Should know video-related tools and have some experience with gaming organisations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and work within a team environment.
