LEAD MERN Stack Developer

As a LEAD MERN Stack Developer in this full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and implementing web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), ensuring code quality and scalability, troubleshooting and debugging applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, experience with cloud platforms especially AWS, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent leadership and team management skills, familiarity with version control systems like Git, knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in DevOps practices will be considered a plus.,
