Job Description

Lead Mentor

Responsibilities

Conduct live classes, workshops, and Q&A sessions for Digital Marketing and AI-integrated modules.
Design and update curriculum in alignment with industry standards and AI advancements.
Review learner assignments, projects, and portfolios with detailed feedback.
Mentor students on real-world projects Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content strategy, AI tools, etc.
Host weekly mentorship and strategy sessions to support student progress.
Create learning resources such as templates, frameworks, and reference guides.
Collaborate with the internal content team to improve course materials.
Track learner progress and ensure high completion & outcome rates.
Support placement readiness through mock interviews and portfolio building.

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in
Digital Marketing
(Performance, SEO, SMM, Analytics).
Hands-on expertise with
AI Marketing Tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, Meta AI Ads, etc.).
Proven experience running real campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO projects).
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to teach technical topics to non-technical learners.

Good to Have

Certifications: Google, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
Experience mentoring students or working with EdTech.
Portfolio of campaigns, case studies, or AI-driven marketing work.
