Position: Admission Counsellor (Female) Location: Guwahati, Assam Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in admissions (School/College/University) Age Requirement: 28 years and above Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end student admission process including inquiry handling, counselling, documentation, and follow-ups. Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents, guiding them through admission procedures. Maintain updated knowledge of school programs, curriculum, and facilities to effectively communicate to prospects. Plan and participate in admission drives, open houses, and promotional events. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement admission campaigns. Ensure timely conversion of leads into confirmed admissions. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasing personality and professional attitude. Strong convincing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
