Deputy Team Leader Urban Planner / Designer
, you will play a key role in shaping large-scale urban infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with client vision and global sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Client-Focused Delivery Act as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring all planning and design solutions reflect their vision, objectives, and expectations.
- Lead Planning & Execution Oversee planning and execution of new town development and urban infrastructure projects.
- Master Plan Implementation Collaborate with planning specialists to validate and translate the Master Plan into actionable projects.
- Project Strategy Define implementation strategies, project packaging, and sequencing to meet project objectives.
- Team Coordination Work with implementation teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Financial Alignment Partner with Finance to ensure project sequencing aligns with funding plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement Represent the project in stakeholder meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Here's what you'll need
- Education Master's degree in urban planning or urban design.
- Experience
- Minimum 15 years of multidisciplinary experience, including at least 10 years in urban development.
- Expertise in planning and engineering for brownfield projects exceeding 100 acres or greenfield development exceeding 2,500 acres.
- Leadership experience in end-to-end urban development implementation, including
- Land use and infrastructure planning
- Land formation and engineering design
- Traffic and environmental assessments
- Implementation strategies and cost planning
- Desirable Experience in low-carbon / sustainable urban real estate projects.
- Client Orientation Proven ability to understand client needs, build strong relationships, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
