Lead iOS Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing iOS applications to enhance communication experiences using a cloud-based platform, aiming to connect people both at work and at home. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and lead the development of a new native soft-phone (VOIP) app for iOS, with potential expansion to watchOS, iPadOS, and macOS in the future - Independently gather client requirements, design applications for optimal performance and usability, and ensure maximum test coverage during delivery - Conduct code reviews, develop detailed plans, and collaborate with the development team - Provide necessary support and address bugs promptly - Establish and manage a team of junior engineers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile development specifically with iOS - Proficiency in objective C, Swift, and SwiftUI programming languages - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries - Sound understanding of the complete mobile development life cycle - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, both as a follower and a leader - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional decision-making abilities and a strong sense of ownership towards engineering high-quality products with exceptional user experiences Additional Company Details: PeerLogic Systems LLP is located at Office #209, Turning Point II, Opposite Rosary School, VimanNagar, Pune - 411014, India.
