Lead Industrial Process Automation (Pharma, Water Projects)

As a Lead Industrial Process Automation (Pharma, Water Projects) at Laistung, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with industrial automation projects related to pharmaceutical and water treatment sectors. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, ensuring best-in-class design implementation for a safe and productive environment, and tracking CAPAs for quick implementation along with the client. Key Responsibilities: - Good in Documentation & Engineering Practice. - Prepare & Execution of documents like CC, URS, DQ (based on DS), FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & PQ. - Ensure best-in-class design implementation to deliver a safe and productive environment. - Manage a project schedule and report back to the Project Manager/HOD on the progress of execution. - Thorough understanding of clean rooms facility for DP manufacturing, controlled environment management, sanitary and non-sanitary utilities, and building management with the controls and automation requirement. - Hands-on skills in above mentioned area beyond domain expertise will be an added advantage. - Thorough understanding of Quality Compliance Requirement and Related Documentation. - Tracking the CAPAs and working for quick implementation along with the client. Qualifications: - Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering expertise. - Strong Communication skills and experience in Training. - Experience in Manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems. - Project management experience. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or water treatment industry is a plus.,
