Role Overview: As a Senior React.js Front End Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and promoting technology solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include independently developing code, implementing configuration management processes, creating and reviewing unit test cases, and contributing to the design and architecture of applications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects and be part of a dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities: - Independently develop code according to design specifications, maintaining best coding and engineering practices. - Implement and monitor the configuration management process. - Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution plans, ensuring 100% code coverage for unit testing. - Sign off on templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design, process, and development. Approve deliverable documents. - Create detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) and architecture for applications, business components, and data models. - Proactively influence customer thought processes and contribute to the delivery of high-performance solutions. - Contribute to module-level development, collaborate with other teams, and enhance knowledge-sharing assets. - Investigate problem root causes, recommend SMART solutions, and contribute to software process improvement activities. - Communicate improvements to the team and broader organization. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in design and development with relevant technology stacks. - Proven expertise in React.js is mandatory, and experience with Remix.js is preferable. - Extensive experience working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous integration. - Ability to mentor developers, lead technical assessments, and design scalable solutions. - Location preference: Trivandrum or any UST India location.
