The company is looking for a MERN Developer with experience ranging from 2 to 5 years to join their team in Kolkata. As a MERN Developer, you will need to be self-motivated and capable of working independently while also collaborating with your colleagues. It is essential to follow best coding practices and effectively manage your time to assist your team members when needed. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the design and development teams, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and devising solutions for complex UI/UX challenges. You will be expected to write clean, secure, and test-driven code that is easily maintainable and modular. Building reusable code and libraries for future projects, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and possessing strong client-facing and teamwork skills are also crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Next Js and either Node Js or React is mandatory, while knowledge of jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, and the ability to convert static HTML to dynamic Angular applications are highly desirable. Experience in integrating REST APIs, solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgresql/MongoDB, and familiarity with Remix.js and Sanity are advantageous. Additionally, expertise in Object-Oriented JavaScript, adherence to ES6 standards, and familiarity with git are necessary for this role.
