Job Description

As a Senior React.js Front End Developer with over 8 years of experience, your role involves systematically developing and promoting technology solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will apply creative problem-solving techniques to design applications that optimize development, maintenance, and performance. Working alongside the Project Manager, you will support daily project execution. Your key responsibilities include independently developing code according to design specifications, maintaining best coding and engineering practices, implementing and monitoring the configuration management process, creating and reviewing unit test cases, scenarios, and execution plans, ensuring 100% code coverage for unit testing, and signing off on templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design, process, and development. You will also be responsible for creating detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) and architecture for applications, business components, and data models, proactively influencing customer thought processes for customer satisfaction, contributing to the delivery of high-performance solutions that meet customer needs, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth execution. Your role also involves investigating the root cause of problems and recommending SMART solutions, contributing to the development and maintenance of software process improvement activities, communicating improvements to the team and broader organization, and mentoring developers while leading technical assessments for hiring new talent. To excel in this role, you should have proven expertise in React.js, with experience in Remix.js being a good-to-have skill. Extensive experience in working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous integration is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in commercial product environments.
