Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing applications by creatively selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing application development and performance, and utilizing design patterns and proven solutions. You will interpret application feature and component designs, code, debug, test, document, and communicate product development stages. Additionally, you will validate results, select technical options for development, optimize efficiency, and influence customer satisfaction and employee engagement within project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application feature and component designs to develop the same as per specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product component and feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives and integrate the overall solution - Select and create appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement within project teams - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback on team members" FAST goals Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or Vue.js - Experience with CSS/Styled Components or similar styling solutions - Proven experience in building and maintaining complex, high-traffic web applications - Experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL - Experience with version control systems (Git) and containerization technologies like Docker - Experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using Playwright, Jest, or other testing frameworks - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills - Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
