Job Description

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Account for others' developmental activities; assisting Project Manager in day to day project execution.

Outcomes:

Interpret the application feature and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
Code debug test document and communicate product component and feature development stages.
Validate results with user representatives integrating and commissions the overall solution.
Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components while creating own solutions for new contexts
Optimises efficiency cost and quality.
Influence and improve customer satisfaction
Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
Set FAST goals for self/team; provide feedback to FAST goals of team members

Release:

Contribute to creation of design (HLD
LLDSAD)/architecture for applicationsfeatures business components and data models

Interface with Customer:

Work closely with customer architects for finalizing design

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services and APIs, while ensuring performance, security, and observability across the stack. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot. Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs for internal and external integrations. Architect and implement microservices with a focus on modularity, performance, and fault tolerance. Integrate and manage message queues (MQs) for asynchronous communication. Ensure application security using Spring Security and industry best practices. Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Prometheus and Grafana. Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance. Use GIT for version control and participate in code reviews and branching strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and microservices architecture. Experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services. Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design. Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ. Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and ing. Proficient in GIT for source control and Jenkins for CI/CD. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of NoSQL databases and event-driven architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
