Job Description

Sales Support role involves managing business proposals end-to-end for small to medium sized deals by collaborating with Client Partners, Delivery Leaders, and Services. The key responsibilities include organizing, planning, and tracking bids, working closely with various departments to create compelling proposal responses, understanding customer requirements to build winning proposals, coordinating with support functions like HR, Legal, and Finance, providing regular updates to sales leadership, and ensuring timely submission of bid response documents. The Sales Support Specialist must have the ability to write sales content customized to client needs, drive pursuit discussions to define win themes, and differentiators for successful bids, organize and track bid management activities, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. A strong pre-sales background, proposal writing skills, and relevant certifications like APMP are preferred for this role. Overall, the Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing bid processes, engaging with internal teams, and contributing to the success of sales pursuits through effective stakeholder management, teamwork, and attention to quality.,
