In this role, you will independently provide expertise on data analysis techniques using software tools, streamline business processes, and manage a team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain high-quality Python code by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various applications, following best practices and coding standards. - Debug and resolve complex technical issues by identifying, diagnosing, and fixing bugs and performance issues in a timely manner to ensure software stability and reliability. - Manage client relationships and effectively communicate to understand their requirements, acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients. - Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and timeline management by collaborating with the team to plan sprints, estimate task efforts, and manage timelines to achieve project milestones. - Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team by breaking down client needs into detailed tasks and user stories that the team can execute. - Guide and mentor the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables by providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success by working closely with other teams like QA, release management, and project management. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5 years of experience in Python development with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. - Excellent debugging skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Strong client management and communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in participating in sprint planning and task estimation within Agile methodologies. - Ability to understand and translate client requirements into detailed technical requirements. - Proven track record of guiding teams and delivering projects on time.
