Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer with expertise in ERP/CRM systems, particularly Oracle Fusion SCM, to lead a team, design solutions, optimize development processes, and engage with customers for successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing technical documents, conducting design and code reviews, acting as a point of contact for build and deployment issues, learning new technologies, contributing to ERP/CRM practice activities, selecting appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, engaging with customers to enhance satisfaction, and providing team leadership by setting goals, offering mentorship, and ensuring team engagement. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in ERP/CRM systems, especially in Oracle Fusion SCM, leadership skills to mentor junior leads, excellent communication skills, proficiency in documentation, and effective time management to meet deadlines. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in ERP/CRM technologies, experience in Agile methodologies, expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, familiarity with production support and customer interaction. Your technical skills should encompass Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle Order Management, Procurement, and Planning Central Cloud, proficiency in integration using SOAP and REST APIs, strong understanding of design and development best practices, experience with production deployment tools, knowledge of Agile methodologies, familiarity with data loading tools and cloud platform features, and expertise in support processes.
