Description
As an Oracle HCM & Financials Support Analyst in the Global Technology Support Team at UST, you will play a crucial role in providing 1st & 2nd line support for business users in various regions like Asia, Europe, UK, and the US. Your responsibilities will include owning application incidents, collaborating with the Corporate Agile team and 3rd party vendors, monitoring production environment processes, and creating change requests to address system issues. It will be your duty to conduct system health checks, perform proactive maintenance tasks, and ensure adherence to SLAs while continually improving the support process. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in a support role within Oracle ERP Fusion environments. You should possess expertise in Oracle HCM & Finance modules, including HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, General Accounting, Expenses, Receivables, Fixed Assets, SLA, Cash Management, Procurement, Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub. Additionally, you must have proven experience in supporting Oracle Cloud applications and working with SQL Server or Oracle back-end databases. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of MS Windows Architecture, Agile methodology, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Windows AD Groups, Role-Based Security, and the ability to work under pressure while managing critical incidents. You should excel in problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with the business community during incidents and resolutions. In this role, it would be beneficial if you have experience working in a global support environment with users from different regions, incident management within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment, and collaborating with 3rd party vendors for issue resolution. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications, proactive maintenance tasks, system health checks, and using Confluence and SharePoint for knowledge sharing would be advantageous. Moreover, you should possess core competencies such as independently managing time, delivering results within a support working environment, working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and adapting to offshore support environments. Your soft skills should include enjoying teamwork, contributing actively to team knowledge, having a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to provide technical documentation for the support team.
