Job Description

The Workday Integration Developer role requires a professional with over 7 years of experience to be located at any UST India location. As a Workday Studio Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal systems and third-party platforms. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions that adhere to company standards and industry best practices. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Web Services, and APIs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues promptly to minimize system downtime and ensure optimal performance. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring they align with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor, maintain, and optimize existing integrations to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency. In case of issues, you will analyze impacted configurations, develop remediation plans, and coordinate with stakeholders before implementing fixes. Documentation plays a crucial role in this position, and you will be expected to create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration diagrams, specifications, and process workflows. Compliance with internal security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards is essential for all integration work you undertake. Thorough testing is vital to ensure the quality and reliability of integrations. You will conduct end-to-end testing, encompassing unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate the integrity of the integrations. Overall, this role demands strong technical skills, collaboration abilities, documentation proficiency, compliance awareness, and a commitment to thorough testing to deliver effective integration solutions that meet business needs.,
