Lead I - Software Workday Testing

Role Overview: As a Testing Professional at UST, your role involves ensuring adherence to test practices and processes to improve test coverage. You will be responsible for creating test estimates and schedules, identifying business processes, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring test coverage. Your role also includes producing test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports for evidence of testing. Additionally, you will publish RCA reports and preventive measures, report progress of testing, and contribute to revenue savings for clients by suggesting alternate methods. Key Responsibilities: - Create Test Estimates and Schedules - Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis, and ensure test coverage - Ensure adherence to processes and standards - Produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports for evidence of testing - Publish RCA reports and preventive measures - Report progress of testing - Contribute for revenue savings for clients by suggesting alternate methods Qualifications Required: - Ability to create and manage a test plan - Ability to prepare schedules based on estimates - Ability to track and report progress - Ability to identify test scenarios and prepare RTM - Ability to analyze requirement/user stories and prioritize testing - Ability to carry out RCA - Ability to capture and report metrics About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that has been working with the world's best companies for over 20 years.
