Lead I - Software Testing (Salesforce QA - Experience Cloud)

The role of Salesforce QA (Experience Cloud) requires you to have 5-7 years of experience and will be based in Trivandrum. As a Salesforce QA, your key responsibilities will include manual testing, Salesforce domain testing, automation testing, regression and UAT support, as well as cross-team collaboration. In manual testing, you will design and execute test plans, document test results, and identify defects. You will apply your Salesforce domain knowledge to validate platform-specific functionalities and collaborate with developers and admins. You may also contribute to automation framework design and scripting, maintain automated test scripts, and generate automation execution reports. Furthermore, you will conduct regression cycles, support during UAT phases, and validate bug fixes and releases. Your role will involve close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You are expected to proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements in QA processes and automation. To excel in this role, you must have strong hands-on experience in manual testing, proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, and hands-on testing experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud. Additionally, you should be able to create clear and detailed test cases, logs, and reports, and manage regression cycles and UAT coordination effectively. Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, UFT, TestNG, basic scripting/coding skills, familiarity with test management tools, and understanding of CI/CD tools for automation execution and reporting are considered advantageous.
