Lead I - Software Testing - Automation QA

You are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Automation Tester with a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune, Noida, or Chennai. As a ServiceNow Tester, you will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. Your primary tasks will include designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure the seamless performance and reliability of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and custom applications. Your key responsibilities will involve test planning and execution, defect management, troubleshooting, collaboration, process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance. You will develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for ServiceNow applications, conduct various types of testing, validate workflows, and test API integrations. Additionally, you will identify, document, and report defects, work closely with developers and business analysts, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing, expertise in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and hands-on experience with testing various ServiceNow modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, test automation tools, API testing, ITIL framework, and CI/CD tools will be beneficial. Soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or ITOM), ISTQB Certification, and ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
