Role Overview: You will be responsible for interpreting the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications. You will code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages. Your role will involve selecting appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality. Additionally, you will influence and improve customer satisfaction by setting FAST goals for yourself and the team, providing feedback on FAST goals of team members. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design and develop according to specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction by setting FAST goals for self and team, providing feedback on team members' FAST goals Qualification Required: - Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adherence to project schedule/timelines - Number of technical issues uncovered during project execution - Number of defects in the code - Number of defects post delivery - Number of non-compliance issues - On-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings Additional Details of the Company: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will facilitate and support all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.
