Lead I - Software Engineering - Product Engineering with Data Migration

You are an experienced Product & Project Engineer with a minimum of 7-10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in engineering product data and PLM systems. Your expertise lies in data migration and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, particularly Siemens Teamcenter. Your role will involve managing and executing engineering data migration initiatives and delivering robust product engineering solutions. You will be responsible for leading and contributing to PLM and product engineering initiatives using Siemens Teamcenter. Additionally, you will plan and execute data migration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless data transition between legacy systems and Teamcenter PLM. Defining and applying best practices in data modeling, engineering configuration, and PLM architecture will be crucial aspects of your role. As a Product Engineer, you will support tool integrations and customizations, participate in technical reviews and validation efforts, and stay updated with the latest trends in PLM systems and digital engineering platforms. Your primary mandatory skill is proven expertise in configuration, customization, data modeling, and data migration within the Teamcenter environment. Experience in tools like SimaPro, ONESOURCE for Engineering, ANSYS Suite, Substantio, and Advanced Design System (ADS) will be considered a strong advantage. You should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to manage projects in a hybrid work model across multiple geographies and functions.
