Job Description

The position of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist requires a skilled and experienced professional to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a specific focus on Benefits and Compensation modules. Knowledge of Core HR functionalities would be considered a plus. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, specifically in the areas of Benefits and Compensation. - Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing guidance, and delivering user training. - Perform system testing, including creating test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results. - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. - Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address system gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices. - Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Requirements: - At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation functionalities. - Familiarity with Core HR functionalities are considered a plus. - Proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications certifications are a plus.
