Lead I - Software Engineering - C++

Role Overview: You will be required to act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions while accounting for others' developmental activities. Your key outcomes will include interpreting the application/feature/component design, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Additionally, you will validate results with user representatives, integrate and commission the overall solution, and select appropriate technical options for development. You will be responsible for optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality, as well as influencing and improving customer satisfaction. Setting FAST goals for yourself and the team and providing feedback to FAST goals of team members will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Adherence to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adherence to project schedule/timelines - Number of technical issues uncovered during the project execution - Number of defects in the code - Number of defects post delivery - Number of non-compliance issues - On-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings Qualifications Required: - Preferred candidate with 5 years of experience - Proficiency in C and C+, K-ON, and Java - Good communication skills in both email and voice - Strong troubleshooting knowledge - Proactive and confident in interacting with customers - Positive attitude and team player - Good database knowledge and ability to write complex queries and procedures About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that has been working with the world's best companies for over 20 years.
