Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for interpreting application/feature/component designs to develop them in accordance with specifications. You will code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages. Additionally, you will select appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality, and influence customer satisfaction. Setting FAST goals for yourself and the team, providing feedback, and adhering to engineering processes and standards will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design and develop them in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development and optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback on team members" goals - Adhere to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Identify technical issues during project execution - Identify defects in the code and post-delivery - Address non-compliance issues and complete mandatory compliance trainings Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in C and C+ knowledge, K-ON knowledge, and Java - Good communication skills for both email and voice interactions - Strong troubleshooting knowledge - Proactive and confident in customer interactions - Positive attitude and team player mindset - Proficient in writing complex queries and procedures - 5 years of relevant experience in software development Please note that the company has specified the preference for candidates with the mentioned qualifications and experience level.,
