Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer at UST, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications within ERP/CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, with minimal supervision. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, mentoring junior developers, and actively contributing to practice-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop applications/modules as per user stories and low-level designs. - Debug, test (95%+ coverage), and document high-quality code. - Participate in code reviews, release processes, and defect management. - Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning. - Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements. - Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable components, and best practices. - Support and improve deployment, sandbox refresh, and release management processes. - Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project SLAs. Qualifications Required: - Salesforce Development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. - Proficiency in Declarative Tools like Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts. - Strong Integration Skills including Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and External system integrations. - Experience in Data Handling with SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, or similar tools. - Deployment & Release experience including production deployments and handling deployment errors. - Adherence to Salesforce standards, best practices, code reviews, and secure coding practices. - Soft Skills such as strong written and verbal communication, team collaboration, and mentoring skills. - Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
