As an experienced SAP Security and GRC professional with 5 to 11 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP security and GRC Access control issues. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP Security and GRC. - Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a team player. - Strong communication skills to thrive in a dynamic project setting. - Willingness to work in a 16*5 shifts environment. - Quick learner and logical thinker. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP security and GRC Access control issues. - Incident, Change, Problem management requests handling. - SAP ECC and S/4 HANA User management and role management expertise. - Understanding of BI security and portal administration. - Proficient in handling Security System trace management (SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, RSECADMIN). - Knowledge of SAP tables, authorization concept, reports, system parameters, and critical transaction codes. - Experience with GRC access control components like Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management. - Understanding of SAP business processes, implementation methodologies, and project life cycle. - Collaboration with internal/external audit and SOX compliance teams for maintaining compliant systems. - Familiarity with security enhancements and upgrades. - Documentation preparation for various security processes, procedures, and auditing. - Analysis and implementation of security OSS notes. - Development of innovative security solutions. Qualifications Required: - Skills in SAP Security, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and GRC.
