As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for translating application component designs into well-architected, maintainable C#/.NET code following industry best practices. You will collaborate across teams and directly with customers to clarify requirements, present solutions, and validate feature delivery. Your role will involve writing, debugging, and unit-testing code, participating in code reviews, and managing configuration to uphold quality and timelines. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation including design specs, test cases, development templates, and release notes for reliable project delivery. You will define, execute, and refine configuration and release processes to ensure compliance and on-time deployments. In case of defects, you will conduct root cause analysis, proactively mitigate trends, and contribute to improving development standards and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include estimating effort for features, managing user stories/modules, and overseeing integration, validation, and commissioning of end-to-end solutions. Furthermore, you will mentor and engage the team by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, supporting career growth, and maintaining strong communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
