Description
As a C#/.NET Developer, you will be responsible for translating application component designs into well-architected, maintainable code following industry best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and directly with customers to clarify requirements, present solutions, and validate feature delivery. You will be writing, debugging, and unit-testing code, participating in code reviews, and managing configuration to ensure quality and timelines are met. Creating and maintaining documentation including design specs, test cases, development templates, and release notes will be essential for reliable project delivery. Your responsibilities will also include defining, executing, and refining configuration and release processes to ensure compliance and on-time deployments. Additionally, you will conduct defect root cause analysis, proactively mitigate trends, and contribute to improving development standards and customer satisfaction. Estimating effort for features, managing user stories/modules, and overseeing integration, validation, and commissioning of end-to-end solutions will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will play a key role in mentoring and engaging the team by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, supporting career growth, and maintaining strong communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
