Lead I - Business Analysis with UiPath

You will be joining UST as a BSA Resource Automation Tools, with the responsibility of translating business problems into automated solutions using various tools. Your working hours will be from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST at any UST location. With a total experience of 7+ years, including 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, 3+ years in RPA Projects, and 2+ years in Project Management, you must possess strong skills in designing RPA-based solutions using UiPath. You should have hands-on experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD), mapping processes, building automation with logic, error handling, input/output criteria, and a good understanding of automation technologies like UiPath, Smartsheets, and Airtable. Your responsibilities will include partnering with IT and business teams to map and automate processes, defining functional and performance requirements, collaborating with RPA Architects, developing system design documents, and conducting testing and UAT sessions. You will also be required to provide training and documentation for end-users, ensure change management, and stakeholder approvals, and act as an SME in monitoring bots post-deployment. Certifications in UiPath Automation Business Analyst Associate and Professional are required for this role, and additional certifications like UiPath Associate Automation Developer or Automation Developer Professional are recommended. Good-to-have skills include experience with Smartsheets, Airtable, API integrations, automated testing tools, business processes in SAP Finance, SCM, HR, enterprise tools like UltiPro, Coupa, Salesforce, and software development knowledge.
