With a minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of designers, define and maintain high design standards, and oversee the creation of branding materials, digital assets, marketing campaigns, and interactive experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include providing creative leadership by upholding design standards that align with the brand's vision and goals, collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual narratives, managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output, and mentoring designers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to push creative boundaries. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and interactive design projects, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools, proven experience leading design teams and managing creative projects, the ability to develop and execute unique brand-focused visual strategies, strong presentation and storytelling skills, adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities, and motion graphic skills as an added advantage.
