Lead GoLang Developer

As the Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Minimum 10+ years of software development experience with GoLang, Java - Providing technical engineering leadership for multiple large scale/complex global software solutions - Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, and concurrent programming - Experience in building enterprise transaction-based systems with a focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability, and performance - Deep understanding and extensive experience in developing REST/GraphQL based web services - Designing complex applications in a microservices platform - Solid understanding and experience of integrating Web Services - Knowledge of Containerization - Building multithreaded applications and troubleshooting complex issues - Strong understanding of Agile projects - Performance tuning of large technical solutions with significant volumes - Utilizing Open Source technology - Knowledge of Web security framework - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Partnering with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements - Resolving high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation - Providing expertise in applications programming and ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Developing comprehensive knowledge of business areas and how they integrate to accomplish goals - Providing in-depth analysis and developing innovative solutions - Serving as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts - Assessing risk in business decisions and driving compliance with laws and regulations **Leadership Skills:** - Tracking and running projects in Agile - Developing teams of permanent employees and vendors - Strong Stakeholder Management experience - Building a comprehensive understanding of project stakeholders, subject matter, and priorities - Excellent customer service focus and communication skills - Demonstrating excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills - Managing time and changing priorities effectively - Providing quick turnaround to software issues and management requests - Assimilating key issues and concepts quickly **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
