Lead Generation Telecaller

As a Telecaller at Zartek IT Solutions in Ajmer, your role will involve driving lead generation and outreach for CAD Software and Smart Home Automation solutions. You will be responsible for outbound calling to generate new business leads, introducing CAD and Home Automation services to customers, maintaining and updating lead data in CRM/Excel, following up on prospects, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, you will support the sales team with tele-outreach activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calling to generate new business leads - Introduce CAD and Home Automation services to customers - Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel - Follow up on prospects and schedule meetings - Support the sales team with tele-outreach activities Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass (Higher Secondary) - Preferred qualification of a graduate in any stream - 1 year of experience in Telecalling, with preference given to lead generation or sales calls experience Skills Required: - Good English communication skills (spoken + written) - Confidence in outbound calling and customer handling - Basic computer skills including Excel, typing, and data entry - Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven As part of Zartek IT Solutions, you will enjoy a friendly work environment with growth opportunities in the Sales domain and exposure to CAD & Smart Home Technology markets.
