Are you great at starting conversations and building trust over a call? Join our growing team as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you'll help UK businesses make smarter energy choices. Your primary role will involve outbound calling to gather energy consumption details, verify account information, and generate high-quality leads for our energy advisory experts.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call UK-based businesses to collect and verify energy-related information
Confirm billing and account details professionallyBuild rapport and encourage prospects to share relevant energy dataEnsure every interaction provides a great customer experienceDeliver qualified leads to the brokerage team
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of outbound calling experience in UK/US/AUS campaigns
Strong verbal and written English communication skillsBackground in Sales, Lead Generation, or Financial Services preferredConfident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
