Job Summary

AYS Advisors is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers, generate qualified business leads, and support our sales team in acquiring new clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to research prospects, make outbound calls, follow up with potential customers, and schedule sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calls, online research, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Identify potential customers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and companies that may require business setup and corporate services.
• Research and build databases of prospective clients and business partners.
• Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with potential customers.
• Understand prospects' requirements and qualify leads based on their business needs.
• Schedule appointments and sales meetings for the business development team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and activity reports in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline. Postgraduates are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hindi communication skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, research, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online research tools.
• Ability to manage follow-ups, maintain organised records, and meet targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or B2B business development.
• Experience in generating B2B leads or working with corporate clients will be an advantage.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM software, lead databases, or prospecting tools is desirable.

Salary and Working Schedule

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• Office Location: Sector 63, Noida.
• Work Arrangement: Five days working from the office and the sixth day from home, subject to the candidate's profile and management approval. This is primarily an office-based role, and a fully remote arrangement is not available.
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent.
