Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 400+ outbound calls daily to potential Australian clients using provided databases and leads.
  • Generate interest in stock market products and services.
  • Educate prospects about the benefits of investing in the Australian stock market.
  • Collect accurate information and set up appointments or transfers to senior sales consultants.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status and call notes.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Follow compliance and quality guidelines for financial communication.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
