Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make 400+ outbound calls daily to potential Australian clients using provided databases and leads.
Generate interest in stock market products and services.
Educate prospects about the benefits of investing in the Australian stock market.
Collect accurate information and set up appointments or transfers to senior sales consultants.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status and call notes.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions.
Follow compliance and quality guidelines for financial communication.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
