Description
We are looking for a competent Lead Functional Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation of WorkForce Software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and delivering tailored solutions for Workforce Management systems, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities Configure WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and scripting tools Support requirement gathering, validation, and refinement during client workshops Ensure adherence to naming conventions, database impact, and implementation sequence for WFS configurations Deliver insights on WFS enhancements to enhance solution quality Address roadblocks proactively and seek guidance when necessary Write complex formulas leveraging mathematical and programming expertise Conduct unit and system testing to ensure requirements are met Facilitate client workshops while promoting best practices Identify and escalate issues related to scope changes and project delays Collaborate with internal WFS teams for seamless implementations Support customers through software testing, data loads, and go-live activities Comply with company policies during WFS solution implementations Requirements 8 to 12 years of experience in functional consulting or related roles 1+ years of experience with SQL, including creating simple to moderate queries 1+ years of experience or familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting languages Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management domains Knowledge of HCM functional domains and associated business processes Background in programming, with experience in Java, C#, C++, or SQL Proficiency in tools like Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Actuate (preferred) Showcase of competency in business applications such as Excel or DBMS systems Understanding of SQL report creation processes We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
