DescriptionThe Delivery Manager - Solution Delivery will work with Vistex customers on multiple engagements at any given time to successfully deliver assigned projects, build client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, disciplines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple clients/projects at any given timeAssist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting servicesAssist with scoping and estimating project workIdentify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clientsIdentify appropriate consulting skills required for the projectsOnsite Lead for implementation project(s)Manage the SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)Adhere to all documented PMO processes and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation)Define deliverables, templates, and standards for the project.Develop and manage a detailed integrated project plan, including project milestones and deliverables.Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client.Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations.First point of escalation for project-related issues.Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders.Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion.Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget).Develop in-depth knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices.Mentoring junior project managers and delivery managers as needed.EducationBachelor's or better in Information Technology or related fieldExperience Required8 years of SAP project management experience12 years of total relevant work experience4-6 years of experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle software implementations5 years of Order to Cash & Finance areaExperience Preferred:Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms a plusKnowledge of Vistex software a plusAbility to learn new software quicklyExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plansIndependent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.

In this role you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with your wide, specialized knowledge, best business practices but also with your communication skills and your service orientation.Responsibilities:Independently take up and participate in Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, Cut-over, Go Live and Post production support for at least three customer implementation projects in SAP SD / MM module.The candidate must have strong design and implementation knowledge of either SAP SD or MM mainly covering Pricing, OTC process / Purchasing process, Master data, Enterprise elements and SD / MM - Finance integration.Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage.Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.EducationBachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.Experience Required6 years: Independently take up and participate in Business Blueprint workshops, Design End to End solution, Realization, Cut-over, Go Live and Post production support for at least three customer implementation projects in SAP SD / MM module.Fundamental working knowledge of ABAP - covering Data Dictionary objects, Debugging and basic exposure to Exits will be an added advantage.Must possess excellent communication and client-handling skills.8 years: hands-on experience on SAP- SD experience with a minimum of one-year domain experience.Experience with ABAP debugging and troubleshootingExperience Preferred:Should be willing to travel onsite on short noticeThorough understanding of finance is a plus.Prior Vistex implementation experience is a plus.
