Process Analysis Design: Analyze existing contract management processes, identify gaps, and define optimized to-be processes. Requirement Gathering Documentation: Lead discovery workshops and client discussions to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. System Design Architecture: Translate business requirements into solution design, including workflow configuration, integrations, and automation strategies. Client Engagement Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client discussions, leading requirement-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and alignment meetings. Functional Specification Implementation Support: Develop functional design documents, use cases, and configuration guides to support the implementation team. Training Change Management: Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops for end-users and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Best Practices: Provide recommendations for enhancing CLM adoption, automation, and integration with enterprise applications. What you bring: 6-9 of experience in CLM implementation, solution consulting, or business process analysis. Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, legal operations, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Contractpod AI, Agiloft, SirionLabs, Conga). Experience in business process re-engineering, workflow automation, and solution design. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and lead client discussions independently.
