Lead Front End Developer

Job Role

We are looking for a passionate Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and help us create exceptional user experiences. As a Lead Front end Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the front end development team, driving the architecture and design of our web and mobile applications, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend development team in building responsive and high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Architect and implement frontend solutions using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional user interfaces.
• Maintaining the product backlog together with the Project Manager
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, version control, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into our projects.
• Coordinate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Conduct technical interviews for potential new front end development hires

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Experience with a CI/CD pipeline and deploying solutions in Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Front end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
