Lead FPGA Engineer

Role Overview: As an Electronics Lead FPGA Engineer at MKU, your role will involve executing the requirements of designing, testing, and prototyping in the MKU Product RoadMap. You will be responsible for defining USPs in the products to make them highly desirable and sought after by end customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and create basic block diagrams and technical architectures for novel products at MKU. - Design and develop FPGA solutions for various applications to ensure high performance and efficiency. - Develop and optimize RTL Designs using hardware description languages. - Identify sensors, FPGAs, and other components for hardware development through Proof of Concept. - Deploy software for the hardware team and utilize synthesis tools to convert RTL code into FPGA specific hardware. - Assist in the preparation of initial concept designs, product architectures, and algorithms for Electronics designs. - Support the procurement team in technology and component selection. - Handle customer complaints and resolutions through CAPA for new products. - Attend tech exhibitions to identify innovative electronics solutions for EO design. - Standardize and enhance design procedures by leveraging the knowledge of subject matter experts and consultants. - Prepare post-project completion documents for record and transfer to the industrialization team. - Ensure comprehensive project documentation for future use, version control, and knowledge bank creation. - Represent MKU in technical discussions with industry bodies and educational institutions. - Assist the Purchase and Industrialization team in vendor selection and finalization based on quality criteria. - Work on TAT reduction using SGAs to redefine process flow and manage procurement processes. - Review and approve product specifications, budgets, and timelines with Product and Project Managers. - Conduct skill mapping of the team to ensure project execution aligns with plans, timelines, and budgets. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Electronics Engineering Experience Required: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in FPGA programming and familiarity with Digital Signal Processing.,
