Job Description Test Engineering – Sustaining engineer in ICT – Grade A Basic Job Description In this position, the test engineer will oversee the upkeep of both customer-transferred and internally developed test systems. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with customers and suppliers to create ICT fixtures & program for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This role requires active participation in the ICT development either internally or at the supplier's location, in accordance with customer specifications. He will also oversee the maintenance and management of the systems within his purview. The job responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following tasks. Upkeep of the test systems which are developed inhouse or given by the customer including preventive maintenance, routine revalidations, improvements based on field failures etc. Test stations can be software driven fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual stations Troubleshoot Factory issues, such as test stations, programming issues, wrong test methods, etc Perform data analysis on test reports and supporting team who works on yield improvement Troubleshoot production yield issues and resolve test fixture/system related issues that can impact yield. Fault find to component level and co-ordinate with the customer for solutions. Work with customers to optimize the test methods in production and increase test coverage to ensure detectability of defects Setting up and designing Programming of FPGAs/Controllers in both offline and online modes as per the requirement. Validation and verification on the test station including IQ/OQ/PQ before transfer to production

Description We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our innovative team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance hardware solutions for various electronic applications.
