Lead Field Coordinator-AM

Role & responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Operations Management
  Supervise, mentor, and guide a geographically dispersed team of field counsellors.Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and capacity-building sessions. Monitor counsellor performance and ensure delivery of outcomes as per KPIs. Build a culture of ownership, empathy, and accountability among the field team.
• Project & Program Management Lead planning, execution, and tracking of field activities in line with program goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (training, data, product, logistics, etc.) for seamless execution. Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements. Identify and resolve operational roadblocks quickly and efficiently.
• Data & Quality Oversight
  Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field data from counsellors. Work closely with the M&E team to ensure adherence to protocols and continuous improvement. Regularly audit field activities for quality assurance.
• Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with Hospitals/ HCPs / Patients where required. Represent the organization in field-level reviews, partner meetings, or training events.
• Travel and On-ground Support Travel (1520% of the time) to key locations across India for field supervision, training, and program assessments. Address on-ground issues proactively and build local resilience within the team

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 68 years of experience in field operations, Access Navigation (CARE - CGHS/ Army / Railways / ESI), Patient guidance, patient enrolment documentation, Doctor coordination, OPD visits , Field counsellor management
• At least 2–3 years in a people management or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health related courses, or subject related to field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems, Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, Willingness to travel as needed and comfort in working with diverse populations,Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus,Nice to Have Experience working with Doctors, health, or community outreach programs,Prior experience working with government-supported health initiatives, Field team guidance and tracking,Familiarity with digital tools or mobile apps used for field tracking.
