Job Description

Define and govern enterprise-wide orchestration and automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the Enterprise Process Orchestration & Automation Design Authority, ensuring adherence to standards, patterns, and compliance requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of business processes across systems and automate repetitive tasks for efficiency.
Leverage platforms such as Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, and others to deliver robust automation solutions.
Drive platform strategy, standards, and reusable frameworks for consistent delivery.
Run enablement programs to build capability across business units and foster adoption of orchestration and automation practices.
Collaborate in a federated model, balancing central governance with domain agility to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of enterprise process lead developers, developers, and specialists.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in process orchestration and automation practices, including AI adoption.
