Lead Enterprise Performance Management Technical - OneStream (FP&A)

As a Lead Enterprise Performance Management Technical at Nasdaq Technology in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex technical systems to customers and exploring new technologies in the FinTech industry. You will be part of the Enterprise Solutions team and work towards enhancing and rearchitecting enterprise products. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Drive the execution of central initiatives across Nasdaq's corporate technology portfolio - Work on delivering enhancements and supporting the rearchitecture of enterprise products - Engage in cross-functional work globally to deliver critical solutions to finance processes - Establish and enforce standards and best development practices - Integrate consolidations and planning/forecasting systems at Nasdaq - Evaluate external software packages and provide recommendations for future use - Identify and recommend solutions for problems in EPM platforms and supporting systems - Develop executive-level architecture presentations related to the Corporate Finance suite Qualifications we are looking for: - Overall 13-18 years of experience with 10-12 years in software development and configuration in the EPM space - Experience in finance organization processes like month-end close, budgeting & forecasting - Proficiency in OneStream or other relevant consolidations and EPM platforms - Strong understanding of accounting processes, including Consolidations, Allocations, and Intercompany Eliminations - Ability to craft Planning & Forecasting models at corporate and individual BU level - Experience in executive-level presentation skills - Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or other engineering fields Desired qualifications include knowledge of Workday Finance modules, experience in multinational organizations, and familiarity with Informatica.
